  • 500g ground chicken
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 150g peas
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 500ml chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
