Ingredients

  • 250g of dry biscuits
  • 300ml of coffee
  • 200g of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 250ml of whipping cream
  • 100g of sugar
  • Hazelnut cream for garnish
  • Chopped hazelnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Philadelphia cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cheese mixture.
  4. Dip the biscuits in coffee and create a layer in a rectangular dish.
  5. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with hazelnut cream and chopped hazelnuts.
