- 500g All-purpose flour
- 300ml Water
- 25g Fresh yeast
- 10g Salt
- 50ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 200g White grapes
- Rosemary, to taste
- 150g Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- 100ml Fresh cream

- In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add flour and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Press the grapes gently into the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
