Ingredients
- 200g lactose-free cream cheese
- 100g lactose-free yogurt
- 150g digestive biscuits
- 80g lactose-free butter
- 100g sugar
- 8g gelatin sheets
- 300g fresh apricots
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted lactose-free butter. Press the mixture into a springform pan to form the base.
- Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.
- In a bowl, mix lactose-free cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice and zest.
