Ingredients

  • 1 Pinsa base
  • 100g Radicchio
  • 80g Speck
  • 30g Walnuts
  • 100g Ricotta
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Wash and slice the radicchio. Toast the walnuts in a pan.
  3. Spread the ricotta on the Pinsa base, then add the radicchio, speck, and walnuts.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
