Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes
  • 200g green beans
  • 160g canned tuna
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Vinegar to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then peel and cut them into cubes.
  2. Trim and boil the green beans in salted water until tender-crisp, then drain.
  3. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into quarters.
  4. Drain the canned tuna and break it into chunks.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, green beans, tuna, and eggs.
  6. Season with salt, olive oil, and vinegar to taste. Toss gently to combine.
