Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the peas to the skillet and stir well.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper, then cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peas are tender.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish as desired, and serve warm.
