Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 200g escarole
  • 200g kale
  • 150g melted cheese
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Wash and chop the escarole and kale.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the greens until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
